We use Brightwheel for invoicing and accounting. Invoices are sent weekly, with payments due by the date on the invoice. Parents can pay through the emailed Invoices page or the Brightwheel app. AutoPay is available for convenience. We accept various payment methods, and receipts are provided for all payments. Payment is required even if an invoice isn’t received, and it's the parent's responsibility to ensure timely payment if using alternative methods.
